C here. I recently placed an order from Clinique.com. We don’t use many of their products anymore — our cosmetic and skin care purchases have become very fragmented.
This purchase may just bring us back to Clinique. As you know, we scour the web for deals… and Clinique.com had the best prices on their own products– plus free shipping– on that day. Plus, they encouraged me to pick a free sample. Which I did, thank you very much.
The best part came once I got my order.
When my son was three, he drank an entire bottle of Scooby Doo after shave (it was a small bottle but STILL!). He had received an entire Scooby Doo shaving kit from a neighbor for a Christmas gift. I was really worried and upset with him but the only side effect was he had really good breath for a bit.
The experience with my son and Scooby is what made Clinique so wonderful The sample I chose, Remove The Day eye makeup remover, came with a child proof cap! On skin care! Maybe other cosmetic companies are doing the same– but Clinique’s is the first I have seen. And I must say, Kudos, Clinique!

i LOVE child proof caps!! our son is Diagnosed with Fragiel X Syndrome..and developmentally he is 24mos (hes 5yrs old) and boy does he get into everything!!!! i think that child proof caps are UH-MAy-ZINF invention!! i think i will def contact them and let them know!! i have a few items from them and yes, uhmayzing! :O) maybe THAT other company will get the *hint* → about the shaving stuff…
